The Insurer section of this website is organized in such a way that it gives you information based on how you will be interacting with the HCAI system. Generally, the best way to know this is based on your role within your company.

In order to get the information most relevant to you, please tell us which of the following roles most accurately describes you.

Manager or IT Professional
If you are a manager or IT professional, your interaction with HCAI is likely to involve some or all of the following:

• Ensuring your company complies with government regulations and guidelines,
• managing your company's internal HCAI implementation,
• training company staff, and
• setting up and managing your company's HCAI organization and user accounts.

Corporate Trainer
If you are a corporate trainer, you will need to know about every aspect of HCAI so that you are able to train different staff within your company. You will want to learn about some or all of the following:

• Ensuring your company complies with government regulations and guidelines,
• managing your company's internal HCAI implementation,
• training company staff,
• setting up and managing your company's HCAI organization and user accounts,
• Setting up claims and claimants in HCAI, and
• Adjudicating in HCAI.

Adjuster
If you are an adjuster, your interaction with HCAI is likely to include receiving forms in HCAI, communicating with med rehab facilities and entering your decisions in the system, along with a number of related tasks. Claims Administrator
If you are a claims administrator, your interaction with HCAI is likely to include setting up claims and claimants in HCAI, matching those claims to incoming forms and rerouting any non-matching forms. By clicking on "Claims Administrator" above, you will see information that is tailored for you.
