This website is designed to help you get the information you need to use HCAI effectively as part of your business. Information on this site is updated frequently based on interactions with HCAI users. If you need to know it, it's probably here.
If you are having trouble getting answers to your questions, please use the following help checklist to get the help you need:
- Research: Users should thoroughly review this website and the training material provided. The Insurer User Manual being the most comprehensive document when it comes to actions within the HCAI system.
- Discuss with your Buddy: Many people have been paired up with a buddy for reviewing worklists. Engage them also to discuss tasks with which you need assistance.
- Escalate to internal HCAI Lead: Your Insurance Company representative, HCAI Trainer or Manager has been trained by our Senior Business Advisor and should be able to answer your HCAI questions directly.
- HCAI team: If after following the above steps you are unable to get the answers you need, click here to contact the HCAI team.
- System Performance: If the HCAI system is slow, is not performing as expected or is unavailable to you, click here to check if the system is experiencing performance issues. If no issues are identified and you have confirmed that the problem is not with your systems, please report the issue by calling 1- 888-422-4123.
