Make HCAI a "trusted site" in you browser settings.

Here's how:

1. In Internet Explorer, select Internet Options from the Tools menu, then click the Security tab.
2. Under Select a zone to view or change security settings, click Trusted Sites, then click on the Sites button.
3. Under Add this website to the zone, enter "https://www.hcai.ca" and click the Add button.
4. Your browser will now accept cookies from HCAI and has the right security settings to work with HCAI.

Have your browser automatically check for the latest HCAI page versions.

Here's how:

1. In Internet Explorer, select Internet Options from the Tools menu, then click the General tab.
2. Under Browsing History, click the Settings button.
3. Under Check for newer versions of stored pages, make sure that "Automatically" is selected, then click OK.

Ensure JavaScript is enabled.

Here's how:

1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
2. Click the Internet zone.
3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step #4.   If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
1. Click Custom Level.
2. In the Security Settings – Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
4. Click the <Back> button to return to the previous page, and then click the <Refresh> button to run scripts.

To use HCAI, your web browser needs to allow cookies. If you have added HCAI to your "trusted sites", your browser will accept cookies from HCAI.

HCAI uses pop-ups to help you navigate through the various pages and forms on the site. In order to use HCAI, you need to set your browser to allow pop-ups.

Here's how:

1. In Internet Explorer, select Pop-up Blocker from the Tools menu, then Pop-up Blocker Settings.
2. Under Address of website to allow, enter "https://www.hcai.ca" and click the <Add> button.

Your browser will now allow pop-ups on the HCAI site.
